Infinity Delta Nuts Pvt ltd
This flowchart outlines the step-by-step process for converting raw cashew nuts into edible kernels through job work processing.

Raw Cashew Nut Procurement & Storage
- Sourcing raw cashew nuts (RCN) from farmers/suppliers
- Quality inspection (moisture content, size, and foreign materials)
- Storage in controlled conditions (humidity & ventilation)

Steaming & Conditioning
- Steam Roasting: Softens the outer shell for easier cutting
- Cooling & Conditioning: Nuts are air-cooled and conditioned for 24-48 hours

Shelling (Cutting & Cracking)
- Manual or Mechanical Shelling (to separate cashew kernels from the shell)
- Shell Separation & Collection (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid - CNSL extraction)

Drying (Kernel Drying & Moisture Reduction)
- Hot air drying to reduce moisture for easier peeling
- Controlled temperature drying (6-8% moisture level)

Peeling (Removing Inner Skin - Testa)
- Manual or Machine Peeling (Air blowing or friction-based peeling)
- Sorting & Grading (Based on size, color, and broken/whole kernels)

Quality Inspectio & Grading
- Color Sorting & Size Grading (Whole, split, broken kernels)
- Defective Nut Removal (Rejecting low-quality or damaged nuts)

Packing & Storage
- Vacuum Packing or Nitrogen Flushing (To prevent oxidation)
- Weighing & Labeling (Batch-wise packing)
- Storage in Controlled Temperature & Humidity Conditions

Dispatch & Distribution
- Final inspection and approval
- Logistics and transportation
- Export or domestic distribution
